Flip is a penguin working as a member of the Arctic Freedom Fighters and has the ability to slide on ice with his feet. He saved the Knothole Freedom Fighters from freezing to death during the severe weather change caused by Dr. Ivo Robotnik's Weather Annihilator. He later helped to destroy the device and return the weather back to normal.
