Holographic Form: In her holographic form, NICOLE has a range of other abilities. Like any real Mobian, she has fully functional limbs and the use of several senses-the latter may not include taste, since NICOLE's holographic self doesn't actually eat. However, she also retains many of her computer abilities. She has the following:
-Self-Sustenance: Doesn't need to eat, sleep or breathe
-Computer Interface: Un ability to interface with computers
-Self Teleportation: Un ability to "teleport" within the confines of New Mobotropolis.
Nanite Manipulation: CL1000 ability to control the Nanite City of New Mobotropolis. She has performed the following power stunts:
-Energy Shields: Un ability to control the energy shields that cover New Mobotropolis
-Create structures/barriers with Un material
-Teleportation: Un ability to teleport individuals from one area of the city to another
-City Awareness: NICOLE is aware of everything going on around New Mobotropolis with Un ability
-Repair: Un ability to almost immediately repair any damage sustained to the city and create new structures on a whim
-Direct Control: Un ability to take direct control over devices created in the city such as spy probes, but these come at a cost as the destruction of such devices causes her pain. She must make a Red Psyche FEAT to overcome or lose the ability to hold her holographic form for 1-10 rounds.
Digital Form: In digital worlds, her abilities are expanded remarkably to the point she is capable of virtually anything she wishes with CL1000, making her a fierce opponent to even skilled and experienced fighters like Sonic.
