Doctor Fukurokov

The first known reference to the avian doctor was made by a B.B.A Trooper who failed to pronounce his name correctly, hinting that he might be responsible for the majority of the armada's gear.

Later, when Speedy decided to check up something on his computer the scientist was revealed in person, displaying annoyance on the fact that no one seemed to remember his name. (Though Speedy claimed to know it, but had trouble pronouncing it) When the D.E.L liaison was found to be Roboticized rather than Legionized and deceiving them the doctor showed his disgust at what he considered "cheating."

Intercepting the intruders and taunting them, only to be humiliated by their inability to pronounce his name as well. Furious Fukurokov argued that it really wasn't that hard to say and unleashed his Mole Mech on the trio, swiftly attacking them and proudly boasting on his creation.
