Dr. Starline is a platypus and a doctor that is fascinated with Dr. Eggman's history. He has long studied Eggman's villainous career and briefly served as an apprentice for Eggman until he was eventually fired. After his dismissal, he would work towards his own goal of world domination in order to prove himself a superior villain to Eggman.
